Common questions

I bought Unlock Everything and the pictures are still locked. Open the Parents Area (gear icon on the home screen, answer the sum) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, or one in the same Family Sharing group.

How do I turn the sound or music on? They are off until a grown-up turns them on: Parents Area → Sounds.

How do I delete all the drawings? Parents Area → Artwork → Delete all artwork. Drawings are only ever stored on your device.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
